Homefest Shipping Policy

Standard Delivery and Processing:

Purchases will generally arrive in 5-7 business days from receipt of order. Our shipping and handling charges are a reflection of the rates our shipping partners charge us to package and deliver your purchases in the best condition possible. If you have inquiries about our shipping rates or would like to request expedited (2nd day rush delivery) shipping, please contact us at customerservice@homefestdecor.com. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mountain Time).
Note: Items ordered together may not arrive together. We ship within the Continental United States only. We cannot ship to PO or APO boxes.

Rush Delivery:

If you would like to request expedited (2nd day rush delivery) shipping, please contact us at customerservice@homefestdecor.com or call 303-741-3920. We are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mountain Time).

2nd Day orders placed by 12 PM Mountain Time Monday through Thursday will arrive within 3 business days. Orders placed by 12 PM Mountain Time Friday through Sunday will arrive the following Wednesday. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday only.

Rush service is not available for oversized or out of stock items. Business days do not include holidays. We are not responsible for, and are excused from, performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather related delays, work stoppages or delays, or other unexpected circumstances.

Product Availability:

Our goal is to offer the most current and accurate product inventory information. If an item is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you.

Your credit card will be charged upon order placement.
