Homefest Returns Policy

Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Taxes are refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Any returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of receiving an order.

We cannot accept returns on final sale merchandise or merchandise that has been purchased at our Greenwood Village retail location.

To return an item, package the item(s) in the original box and use sufficient packing to avoid damage in transit. Returns are accepted from UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Please address all returns to the below address:
