Homefest Return Policy
We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resalable condition, at our sole discretion, within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Holiday merchandise will be credited only for the then-current price if returned after the holidays without a receipt or after the 30-day return window with a receipt.
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including personalized items, custom or made-to-order items, items purchased as final sale, including clearance items or floor samples, and items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been purchased at our Greenwood Village retail location.
Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Taxes are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
Any returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of receiving an order.
To return an item, package the item(s) in the original box and use sufficient packing to avoid damage in transit. Returns are accepted from UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Please address all returns to the below address:
